After an initial delay, SEGA hae today announced that the Phantasy Star Universe Open Beta will be available to download from the Xbox Live Marketplace from today. The download file is 940MB. The trial period will last until the 18th October and the download will be available until this coming Sunday (the 15th). The beta is open to all Xbox Live Gold members.
In addition to the beta, SEGA have also announced that the GUARDIANS License will be available to purchase from November 24th. The GUARDIANS License allows players to play the online section of Phantasy Star Universe. The license will cost £6.99 (€9.99) per month.
