360 Monsters NFL Week 6 Predictions

Being our first week there was bound to be some sort of problem with the new feature. The problem being that the predictor forgot to update the rosters on Madden so what you are looking at are the predictions with hall of famers included in the various squads. Rest assured next weeks predictions will be done using the updated rosters without the hall of famers.

360 Monster is proud to be present a new weekly feature for fans of the NFL. Using Madden 07 on the Xbox 360 we at 360 monster will play out each and every game to give gamers an insight into the weekends upcoming matches.

Each week we will not only predict the results, but we will also provide a little review of how the game played out on the Xbox 360.

Our first ever featured game see’s the on-form Eagles travel to New Orleans against a Saints team who have surprised everyone with their current record of 4-1.

Saints vs Eagles
27 — 31

The Saints excellent run has taken a slight knock by the on form Eagles. The game was close and ended with a meagre 4 point advantage to the Eagles. Brian Westbrook was easily player of the game with a stunning 180 yards and two touchdowns.

Despite a sterling performance by Saints QB Brees which saw him total 175 yards and two touchdowns it simply wasn’t enough to topple the rampaging Eagles. Highlight of the match was a stunning 58 yard run by Brian Westbrook.

vs
13 – 26

The ever popular Falcons defeat the Giants with the help of Vick who makes 159 yards. Ashley Lelie takes away player of the game with a total of 5 catches resulting in 65 yards and two touchdowns.

vs
17 — 34

The Ravens come back from their loss against the Broncos by destroying the Panthers 34 to 17. Adalius Thimas managed to turn the game around for the Ravens with two important interceptions and despite Delhommes 219 yards the Panthers just couldn’t break down the Ravens D.

vs
24 — 29

A surprisingly good Texan side just lost out to the stronger Cowboys who were helped along by an on fire Blesdoe who made 249 yards from 15 throws which resulted in 3 touchdowns.

vs
22 — 10

A close game which was finally won by the Bills with a little help from HB McGahee who ran 23 carries for 149 yards and one touchdown. The Bills shut out the Lions in the second half after a stale mate in the first and they ended up winning by a respectable 12 points.

vs
16 – 31

A surprisingly easy result from a strong Rams team which saw Bulger with an impressive 349 yards and three touchdowns. Despite the Seahawks forcing a couple of fumbles and a few sacks their offence simply wasn’t good enough to win them the game.

vs
14 – 17

The Bengals came back after their bye week hoping to put their shocking loss to the Pats behind them. Sadly their misery goes on with the Buccs narrowly winning by three points. Neither side managed to score in the second half of the game mainly due to a large amount of interceptions and turnovers. Both the Buccs and Bengals offense looked sub-par to say the least.

vs
14 – 38

The Titans losing streak continues with the Washington Redskins beating them by a total of 24 points. Redskins QB Brunell put in a sterling performance with 330yds and 4 touchdowns in a game which was never in doubt.

vs
24 — 10

The Dolphins after just losing to the Pats came of with a comfortable victory against the Jets. Waterfield came away with Player of the Game after making 272 yards and three touchdowns. The game was the Dolphins from the start and they even managed to shut out the Jets on three out of four quarters.

vs
24 — 13

The Steelers terrible run continues with another loss this time to the Chiefs. A fumble which resulted in a 39yd run by T. Law wrapped up the game for the Chiefs.

vs
35 — 23

The Chargers excellent form continues with a good win against the 49ers. The game was always the Chargers to lose and the highlight of the game was a stunning 80 yard punt return by Adderley.

vs
25 — 23

This is one of two suprising results from this week. The ever improving Broncos were beaten by the faltering Raiders were Baugh guided Oakland to the win with 251 yards and one touchdown. The game only saw three touchdowns, but a large amount of points were made from the games 8 Field Goals.

SHOCK OF THE WEEK
vs
10 — 27

Without a doubt the most shocking result of the week. The Cardinals have stopped the unstoppable Bears. It wasn’t even close, the Cardinals ran all over the Bears with a 34 yard interception return wrapping up the points for the Cardinals. This result is easily worth its title of 360 Monsters ‘Shock of the Week’.

That wraps up this weeks results, check back next week when not only will we have the latest predictions, but also a look at how close this weeks predictions were compared to the actual results.
