Just as you thought the idea of zombies in Call of Duty: World at War was bizarre, how about this one: Zombies roaming around a shopping centre. Sound familiar? Of course it does, it’s Dead Rising, released in 2006, and Eurogamer received news from a close source to Canadian developer Blue Castle Games that the company is producing a sequel.
“Everyone’s really excited; the team has obviously seen the rumours and it’s been hard to keep quiet, but they can’t wait to show off the game,” said the source. The reliability of the source is unclear at the moment. Stay tuned to Console Monster to see if Dead Rising 2 is in fact in development.
