The Semi-Official PlayStation 3 blog, Three speech, have revealed some more information regarding the sequel to Sony's PS3 release game, Resistance: Fall of Man.For campaign lovers the game will allow up to 8 players simultaneously play the game together.If your an online player Resistance: Fall of Man 2 is set to host a massive 60 player online multiplayer.

According to a blog called “Surfer Girl”, the first Resistance 2 screenshot has been revealed.

We've just discovered, with the aid of TradeMork, that Sony have registered "Resistance 2" as a trademark. Although it's not absolutely clear evidence of a sequel, it's quite likely this is the start of something to come.

Sony have today confirmed with ConsoleMonster that the global servers for Resistance: Fall of Man will go live this Friday 29th June.
