Zaavi Threatens Owners Of Mis-Sold Vitas

The UK based retailer Zaavi made a pre-christmas error when it sent customers a Playstation Vita worth £169.99, in place of Vita title Tearaway, RRP £19.99.

Needless to say the company wanted the console back, but the way in which they asked for them to be returned seemed a little threatening.

“This is our final notice to politely remind you that you did not order, or pay for, a PS Vita and if you fail to contact us by 5pm (UK time) on 10 December 2013 to arrange a convenient time for the PS Vita to be collected we reserve the right to enforce any and/or all legal remedies to us.”

The final deadline for said Vita’s to be returned has passed, I wonder if any of those customers will end up in a court room?
