The Xbox One S will launch on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016, Microsoft has revealed.

Priced at £349, the console, which was unveiled during Microsoft’s press conference at E3, is 40% smaller than the original Xbox One and includes a built-in power supply.

The Xbox One S also contains a 2TB hard drive and newly-added IR blaster for increased accessibility.

1TB and 500GB versions of the Xbox One S will be released in the near future.

Also launching on Tuesday, August 2nd, 2016 is the new Xbox Wireless Controller, which comes bundled with the new console.

The new controller features a textured grip, improved Xbox Wireless signal and added Bluetooth support.
