UPDATE: At 16:16 GMT, Microsoft posted the following update:”We’re aware that some of you are unable to sign in to Xbox Live, but we’d like to assure you that we’re doing all that we can to straighten things out. Your patience is appreciated during this process, Xbox members!”
ORIGINAL STORY: Xbox Live is currently experiencing problems on the Xbox One, with some users unable to sign in to the service.
Posting on the Xbox support page, Microsoft said: “We know some of you are unable to sign in to Xbox Live, and we’re on it! Thanks for your patience while we work to correct this issue.”
The cause of the downtime is not yet known. Xbox 360 users are supposedly unaffected.
