Labelled Project Natal, MS’ Don Mattrick has presented an apparent vision of the future utilising the gamer’s body as the controller. Footage has been shown of integration in racing games, skating games, and even in the navigation of the dashboard.

It appears that Project Natal could be central in Microsoft’s progressive milking of every udder of every cash cow in the gaming world, even allowing the green team to pander to fitness freaks through active, physical games.
While this is more of a vision for the future than something to expect next week, it’s definitely something to be excited about, as it’s sure to shape the landscape of the gaming world in the coming years.
