It seems not more than a week after the initial announcement of Hitman: Absolution that we now may have stumbled across some boxart images for the new title.
The image below from Kotaku, was initially linked to a marketing survey. Although they have their is the word ‘Subtitle’ underneath the word Hitman this is no doubt due to an official name for the fifth game in the series not yet being decided on when these were created.
This could also quite easily be someones photoshop wet dream and has simply been created to make news, which ironically if that is the case they have suceeded. The biggest case against this particular image in my personal opinion is the trademark emblem not being present above the i.
On most every other Hitman game the I has been created with the iconic emblem seen at Prof. Dr. Otto Wolfgang Ort-Meyer’s asylum in the games. Alas in this particular image the emblem is not present, but we remind you to look at this image with a pinch of salt.
Absolution, developed by IO Interactive will once again put you behind the eyes of Agent #47 on one his epic (and bloody) adventures.
