Microsoft unveils fix for Xbox One users unable to play digital copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

Microsoft has unveiled a fix for Xbox One users who are unable to play their digital copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Writing on its support site, Microsoft said: “We’ve received reports that some users are having issues getting their pre-ordered copy of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

“We’re happy to say that our team has fixed the problem, but if you are still experiencing any issues, delete the game and re-download it. Thanks for your patience while we got this issue worked out.”

Some users have reported that a hard reset of the Xbox One may rectify the issue.
