Microsoft to Launch Black Xbox 360 Soon?

Rumours have been circulating that Microsoft plans to release a Black Xbox 360 complete with Black Controller, a 120GB HDD and a HDMI port. According to Aussie retail chain Myer’s, the black Xbox 360 will launch in early April, however, this may be moved forward to late March to compete directly with the PS3’s PAL launch.

Myer’s claims to have been demoed the Black 360 and says it will retail at around AUS$749 (£295). It’s not known whether or not the Black 360 would include the 65nm Processor or the new “Super Quiet” Ben-Q DVD Drive, but a Australian Xbox.com forums user by the name Brisben, who claims the Black 360 was also announced at a “product knowledge day”, says no 65nm Processor or different DVD Drive was mentioned.
