Lost Planet Not Exclusive After All?

One of the Xbox 360’s most important exclusives, Lost Planet, may well not be as exclusive as we think. Speaking at the Leipzig Game Convention, one of the games producers, Jun Takeuchi, was questioned on whether the game will appear on other platforms. He said:
“We will try to keep it as a 360 exclusive. But, from the company’s point of view, when you think about the business, in the future it’s something we might have to do.”

It wouldn’t be the first time that Capcom went back on an ‘exclusive promise’. Resident Evil 4 was supposed to be a GameCube exclusive, before Capcom bowed down to public pressure and released the game on the PS2.

On a much more positive note, it seems as if there may be some more pre-release content on the way for Lost Planet. When asked if there are plans for another demo, Takeuchi said:
“We don’t know if it’s going to be a multiplayer demo or not, but we will upload something to keep the users busy until release.”
