We’ve heard his voice through the mouth of a Lion, we’ve heard him as Batman’s mentor and we’ve even heard him don a Russian accent as he played a Submarine captain (of an albeit sinister submarine). In case you haven’t already got it (for shame if that is the case) the lead voice actor of Fallout 3 is Liam Neeson.
He will play the biggest part of the game, that being the player’s father. He also had a few spare minutes to comment on his new role; “It’s been a pleasure bringing the father to life and working with the wonderfully talented people at Bethesda on Fallout 3. I hope the fans of the franchise and the game will be excited by the results.”
Executive producer of the game Tod Howard further commented on Neeson; “This role was written with Liam in mind, and provides the dramatic tone for the entire game. Liam is absolutely amazing to work with.”
Nothing more was revealed about the game, but with an A list star such as Neeson taken on board things are already looking good for Fallout 3.
Currently Fallout 3 isn’t even set to be released on 360 and only a PC launch has been confirmed, but with Bethesdas Gamebryo engine being able to support the 360 we wouldn’tbe surprised to hear it being confirmed for the 360 in the future.
