Petrol-heads rejoice with some more official clams that the slightly delayed release of the Forza Motorsport 2 demo will be hitting your Xbox Live Marketplace some time very soon, it could even be later today! (…or early morning for us UK folk).
Word on the virtual street over on the Forza Forums is that the demo is almost upon us. Turn 10’s Forza Community VIP – chespace goes on to say:
“Hey guys, will have good news about the demo by tomorrow morning (basically in the next 12 hours). It’s coming sooner than you think.”
Then some fifteen hours latter follows up with:
“Demo is definitely hitting tonight — but it’ll be pretty painful for east coasters. Trying to pin down an exact time.”
This is great news for fans eager to hit the tarmac and test out this most anticipated title. We’ll keep you posted if we find out any more gossip on this demo’s release. Excited? Sure you are, suit up and keep your eyes and ears out!
Update: It’s coming! 2am EST. So that’s 7am in the UK, just in time for tea and toast, and to make you late for work by missing that bus in the morning.
