First South Park XBLA details emerge

Details of South Park for XBLA have finally being revealed. Instead of some platform centric action game similar to that seen on the N64, this is called South Park: Let’s Go Tower Defence Play.

It’ll be a tower-defence game as the title suggests, similar to those flash ones you can play online. The lead designer John Scott Tynes has said that the game will be ‘more fun’ and more ‘action-orientated’ than other games of the nature, which the ability to set hippies on fire. Come on that isn’t very politically correct is it?

It’s out on the 7th October in America, and presumably for the rest of us, which is when the new series kicks off on Comedy Central. There is no known pricing information yet.
