Deus Ex: Human Revolution – ‘Hacking & Social’

The latest Deus Ex: Human Revolution trailer shows off the ‘Hacking and Social’ elements of the game and how they can change the way you progress throughout the story. Say the right things and communication can sometimes help avoid a fight, give you advice and hints about how to tackle a mission, and even get you out of a bad situation. But say the wrong things, and it may end up making things worse. Hacking is done via a sort of mini-game, which seems to be used heavily throughout the game. Hacking does everything from unlock shortcuts, to opening weapon caches. As usual with hacking, if you mess up, you may lock yourself out of places.
