Burnout Paradise: Ultimate Box dated

Criterion has announced a release date for Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box which will be out on February 6th.

The game will be a complete package of all the download content released for Burnout Paradise over the past year and also a brand new Party Pack which has a pass-the-pad multiplayer mode for up to eight people with each of you setting a task for the other person including such activities like landing barrel rolls, surviving oncoming traffic or beating a record.

With the launch of the Party Pack comes a free update with an in-game website and store and some visual overhauls with both the environment and vehicles.

The Party Pack will be released on its own on the Marketplace and PSN on Feb 5th, but with a price yet to be announced. A brand new island is due out sometime this year which will enhance the game further including the use of flying vehicles.

Previous updates included day and night cycles and motorbikes. These updates have been free and represent a developer really supporting a game through its life to entice new players. And we think its worked.
