Itagaki Confirms Volleyball 2

In a recent issue of Japanese video games publication, Famitsu, Dead or Alive series producer Tomonobu Itagaki revealed that Team Ninja's next 360 title will be a sequel to the popular sports title, Dead Or Alive Beach Volleyball.He then went onto reveal that the next game Team Ninja develop for the 360 will be an action game, however he clarified this will not be Ninja Gaiden 2.Gamers from across the globe are already speculating that the game will most probably take the shape of one of Team Ninja's lesser known franchises: Project Progressive.We'll keep you updated.

Infinity Wards and Activision today announced that a single-player update for their World War II title, Call of Duty 2, is now available.The update is automatic, so when you sign into Xbox Live with Call of Duty 2, you will be promted to download the update.For now, the update is for single-player, but a multi-player one is on the way.Quoted straight from IW and Activision:"Infinity Ward and Activision have issued a Title Update that addresses the player progression loss issues associated with Call of Duty 2 on the Xbox 360.

Tomonobu Itagaki from Team Ninja confirmed to Famitsu that a Dead or Alive 4 Patch is due for release in Mid-February.The patch will apparently fix several bugs, including the loss of saved games, character strengths and a few interface tweaks.Let's hope they address the anti 50HZ gaming on the game!
