Blast Factor: Advanced Research sees you take control of a small nano-machine, whose job it is to eliminate a wide variety of different viruses. Set out similarly to Geometry Wars, Blast Factor uses the left analogue stick to control the ship, and the right analogue stick to fire. The game handles a lot like Geometry Wars too, even the explosions feature similar colourful fireworks. If you’ve already got a 360 and Geometry Wars, then don’t bother with this one – if you haven’t, it’s very addictive and worth a sniff.
