Xbox One Chat Headset in Video

Microsoft unboxed their Xbox One yesterday and in the process they also dropped the bomb that the Day One and standard version of the console would come with a chat headset peripheral. This was yet another consumer enforced turnaround for the company, but it is one with a happy ending for all the gamers that were demanding it.

An HDMI 4K supported cable will also be included in the shiny Xbox One box, but that isn’t as exciting to report on these days, and let’s be honest, we won’t be seeing 4K gaming for some time, let alone be able to afford the displays to play it on.

Microsoft has been rolling out tiny videos of each new Xbox One peripheral, and below is the one for their upcoming chat headset. Enjoy.

Will you be using the chat headset, or the microphone in the Kinect 2.0? Let us know your views in the comments below.
