Xbox 360 gets motion sensing courtesy of Talismoon

Talismoon have announced a new add-on for Xbox 360 controllers which adds motion sensing, something which both the Wii-mote and PS3’s SIXAXIS have had since launch. The Tiltboard, as it’s imaginatively called, adds two new buttons “within easy reach of gamers fingers, with one button conveniently located on either side of the wireless controller battery pack” and is said to be more user-friendly than the SIXAXIS.

Also included is TiltTune technology & firmware which allows users to adjust the tilt sensitivity, the 0 angle, invert the Y axis and turn the tilt off altogether. Of course, this does require a little work from you, with seven wires required to be soldered.

The Tiltboard by Talismoon is available to buy here.
