Visceral Games: Battlefield: Hardline ‘will work’

Visceral Games has reassured gamers that Battlefield: Hardline will be fully functional at launch.

Speaking to Game Revolution, Ian Milham, creative director for Visceral Games, said: “It’s gonna work. We actually started on this more than a year beforeBattlefield 4came out.

“We already had one very successful beta, we’re going to have another beta on every platform we ship on. We take shipping a working game pretty seriously. So, yes, the game will work.”

However, he added that hiccups are likely due to the large scale of the game and the fact it will appear on five platforms in total.

In July 2014, it was confirmed that Battlefield: Hardline would be delayed “ as a result of user data and feedback from the PC and PlayStation beta”.

Battlefield: Hardline is expected launch on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in early 2015.
