A Hamonix spokesperson has confirmed to Joystiq that the set list is “not the disc track listing for The Beatles: Rock Band,” and that Harmonix will “be announcing more tracks throughout the summer.”

We witnessed the legendary Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr at E3 09 promoting The Beatles: Rock Band and the accompanying trailer gave us an insight into ten of the songs we’d be hearing in the game. Ripten has received a set list for the game which has apparently been leaked.
The set list features all of the songs witnessed in the cinematic trailer, as well as classics such as: “I Want to Hold Your Hand,” “Please Please Me” and “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds.” Piano-heavy songs such as “Hey Jude” are not present on the list, showing that this set list could possibly be the real thing.
