Well it appears the list is partly genuine. Destructoid were contacted by Microsoft to take down the Achievements. A finalized version of the list is expected to be released over the next 24 hours.

Achievement lists are always a good indication of what most games consist of and it appears this latest list is no exception. An anonymous tipster has given Destructoid an achievement list for strong contender for game of the year, Gears of War 2. You can find the list below.

Be Vewwy Vewwy Quiet (10) – Story progression in Chapter 12 (passive)
We’re Hunting Rabbit (10) – Story progression in Chapter 12 (aggressive)
Hey, what’s up doc? Is this a reference to everyone’s favourite cartoon rabbit, Bugs Bunny?
Does This Look Infected To You? (10) – Story progression in Chapter 18
If the list is genuine, players will have eighteen chapters of Gears of War action.
Completionist (30) – Recover all 43 Collectibles (any difficulty)
The return of COG tags or will we be seeing a new collectible?
Seriously 2.0 (50) – Kill 100,000 enemies, total, across all modes
As confirmed, Seriously 2.0 makes the list.
Around The World (30) – Win one match on each of the 12 MP maps
Twelve multiplayer maps will make the final game. It’s already been confirmed that new content will be available to download in 2009.
These boys will need to put some serious effort in to unlock the achievements.
Finally, there are now four difficulties to complete the game on. Casual, Hardcore and Insane return but are joined by Normal. Here is the full list:
