Ubisoft says, “I Am Alive” *UPDATE*

What’s Jade Raymond been up to since Assassin’s Creed? By the looks of the trailer shown at the Ubisoft E3 press conference, she’s been making a gorgeous looking survival game set in Chicago. “I Am Alive” is the title of the game where you play as Adam, a survivor of a mysterious earthquake in Chicago, who is just looking out for himself.

I Am Alive is not a survival horror, it is instead just a survival game with a low emphasis on weapons. The game is set to be in first person, but in a similar style to how it is used in EA’s Mirror’s Edge. It will be developed by Darkworks and published by Ubisoft. It’s slated for a Spring 2009 release.
