Reports today have suggested that creators of the Timesplitters series and Haze, Free Radical, have permanently shut down. The news comes from a number of inside sources at the company who claim “employees were locked out of their offices” and that current employees had already been looking elsewhere for jobs.
The closure of the studio – situated in Nottingham – means that production of Timesplitters 4 and the rumoured Star Wars Battlefront title for LucasArts, has come to an end.
