The Darkness II, sequel to the 2007cult-hit, was originally lined up with a release date set for this October. But2K Games updated their release dates today, now showing the date as early February 2012.
I myself loved the first game, and even though Starbreeze isn’t working on the sequel, I am still very much looking forward to this title. Although I am a bit worried about the “comic” style. I think I would have like to see it stay the same visually as the first.
The delay may be a good thing due to all the blockbusters lined up for fall/winter this year. And honestly, it could have been a factor in the decision.
