SSFIV has a March 23rd release date

For those who are actually excited about the upcoming Super Street Fighter IV, and are not seething with anger about the fact it will not be released as DLC, then you might be happy to hear about the game getting a release date. Nothing has been confirmed from Capcom but American games retailer, GameStop, have popped up a listing of the game on their website for pre-order.

March 23rd 2010 is the current date showing on the retailers website, this coincides with the Spring date Capcom had announced prior. The game is also set at a $40 (£25) price point which is cheaper than the normal $60 (£37) charge for games, which could mean that Super Street Fighter IV will be released at the cheaper price.

So far only 3 new characters out of a possible 8 have been announced. Pictured above is Juri, Street Fighters first Korean based character who will be released with the Super edition. Along with Juri is the long awaited T-Hawk who was left out of SF4 and Dee Jay.
