Square Enix has unveiled Deux Ex: Mankind Divided – the successor to Deux Ex: Human Revolution.
The sequel, which is set two years after its predecessor, sees Adam Jensen joining forces with an Interpol-funded task force whose job is to capture augmented terrorists.
In Mankind Divided, Jensen has a range of new augmentations to aid his stealth, combat and social interaction abilities, but how challenges are tackled is down to the player.
Some of Jensen’s new skills include the ability to remote hack electronic objects, fire off his nano blade from a distance, and cocoon himself in a nanoshield.
Eidos Montreal will be developing the title for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. No release date for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been set.
