Character skins are on their way to Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.
It’s already been confirmed that the next update, 1.7.3. will add shears and pistons, as well as fixing a number of bugs. However, another new feature will be the option to customise the skin of your character.
A downloadable content pack, which is expected to release alongside the update, contains 40 skins, including recognisable Xbox 360 characters such as ‘Splosion Man, a Covenant grunt (Halo), Banjo (from Banjo & Kazooie), Clayton Carmine (Gears of War) and Jack of Blades (Fable).
No price for the downloadable content has been revealed yet. The update and the downloadable skins pack are expected to release later this month.
