SCi Entertainment have announced that two of their titles – Kane & Lynch and Crossfire, will both be coming to Sony’s PlayStation 3.
Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is a third-person action-adventure title, currently in development by Eidos’s San Francisco Studio. Kane & Lynch met each other on Death Row, you’d think they would of bounded in such a horrible place, but you’d be wrong, they absolutely hate each other (Think: Tango & Cash) just darker.
Kane is an ex-merc who his colleges believe he is a traitor to his country, while Lynch is a psychopath who doesn’t know if he’s killed his wife or not. All you know is that you were on route to the electric chair, when out of the blue your kidnapped by people known as ’The Seven’ who make you an offer you cant turn down.
Kane & Lynch is currently slated for a June ’07 release date on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
A lot of titles this year will incorporate coop game modes, Crossfire isn’t an exception, announced at Microsoft’s XO6 event, Crossfire made people stand-up and take notice. You’ll play as two hired agent’s for the government, who are sent behind enemy lines to carry out jobs that politicians cant.
While there is little information on Crossfire we’re already very excited to see what jobs we’ll be sent on, when it’s released later next year on Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Sony’s PlayStation 3.
