Sony are changing their PSN update day come May 4th. Instead of the usual Thursday content update, DLC, demos and everything else they have to release will be released every Tuesday instead.

Previously having content updates only once a week, but more importantly on a Thursday, proved a disadvantage to some gamers as content wasn’t getting released as early as the 360 counterpart. According to the guys at Sony this move will put them on par with Microsoft’s current DLC release schedule which is normally a Tuesday or Wednesday.

Are you happy with the original Thursday date or are you glad Sony have seen sense and changed the date to a Tuesday? Discuss below!
