PSN Content 16/07 (US & Europe)

This week the PlayStation store had a simultaneous release of content in both US and European regions, something us here at Console Monster would like to see more off each week. So enough babbleing lets have a look at this week’s content on the PlayStation store for US and Europe. Each piece of content listed below is FREE unless stated otherwise.

European Store (UK)

• The Darkness Trailer
• Ratatouille Trailer
• Rainbow 6 Vegas Trailer
• GTA IV Trailer 2
• The Darkness Demo

US Store

• The Brave One Trailer
• I Am Legend Trailer
• Resident Evil: Extinction Trailer
• The Brothers Solomon Trailer
• Heavenly Sword – Making of Video
• inFamous E3 Trailer
• Ratchet and Clank Future: ToD Trailer 2
• Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Video 1
• Gran Turismo 5 Prologue Video 2
• Castlevania: SotN (PS3/PSP) – $9.99

Not a bad week of content then on the PlayStation Store. The lack of trailers in the Euro store is been made up with a free demo of The Darkness. This will give PS3 gamers a taste of the full game which released in UK stores yesterday. Over on the US store we have two stunning videos for the upcoming GT5 Prologue, Video 1 features the video we recently saw during Sony’s E3 conference, but it is the new Video 2 that is worth viewing as it shows off some in-game racing on the Suzuka Circuit. A number of high performance cars are shown in this video with 14 cars on track from Dodge, Audi, BMW, Lancia, Renault, Honda, Alpha Romeo, Lotus, Mercedes, Ferrari, and TVR. So fire-up your PS3 and check these out and let us know what you think.
