Some PlayStation 4 users are experiencing problems with DLC codes for Alien Isolation.
In a post on the game’s official forums, a number of users expressed their difficulties redeeming codes for the Crew Expendable downloadable content.
The game’s developer Creative Assemble responded to the post, saying that those suffering issues should “contact customer support and then fill out the form. They should get back to you regarding your problem with DLC codes.”
Alien Isolation launched on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014.
