PS2 back-catalogue coming to PSN

According to MCV and leaked documents, Sony are intending to bring the full, yes full, PS2 back-catalogue to the PlayStation network. The PlayStation 3 console initially allowed PlayStation 2 games to be played from the PS3 console, however it was soon removed as a cost cutting activity albeit Sony may claim it was a strategic decision.

I think this is a good move for Sony although there has been no mention on prices. Let’s hope Sony do not look at Microsoft for pricing advice as they currently sell their ‘Games on Demand’ service at £19.99 a pop, albeit they are Xbox 360 games.
