Price of Braid lowered for one week only

Microsoft has granted Jonathan Blow his wish by reducing the price of Braid to 800 Microsoft Points for the week beginning Monday 23rd February from 13:00 GMT. Buying Braid at the lowered price tag will save buyers 33% from the usual 1200 Microsoft Point price tag.The deal is available to all Xbox Live Gold members in all Xbox Live regions. In 2008, Microsoft priced the Xbox Live Arcade title at 1200 Microsoft Points, instead of the 800 Microsoft Points the game’s creator, Jonathan Blow, desired.

Major Nelson has hinted that price cuts for Ninja Gaiden II and Project Gotham Racing 4 game add-ons, as well as the original Xbox classic, Fable, are on their way. You can read our review of Braid here.
