3D Realms, the joint-developers of Prey, have announced that the game will be receiving a patch soon. The patch is said to fix a number of bugs in the 360 version of the game as well as address the lag issues that some players have been experiencing. No release date was given for the patch, other than “very, very soon”
It was also announced that the 360 version of the game will also recieve some new content. This includes:
- A number of new maps, including some which are intended for 1vs1 games.
- 6 new characters for multiplayer: Jen, Elhuit, Mother, Becky, Hunter and Elite Hunter
No pricing or release date was confirmed for this new content
