The PS4 version of PES 2015 will render at a higher resolution than the Xbox One version.
Confirmation can be found on the Japanese version of the official PES 2015 website, where a table at the bottom of the page highlights the difference between the versions.
While the table confirms that both games will run at 60 frames per second, it also states that the PS4 version of the game will natively render at 1080p whereas the Xbox One version renders at 720p.
The game is powered by Konami’s Fox Engine, which is also being used to make Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.
