The team at Konami have decided that as we now have Pro Evolution 2013 in our hands we need something else to look forward to, and as such have announced the games first DLC.

Due for release in early October the DLC will include:

  • 3 new Spanish licensed stadiums
  • A widget system to increase the community aspect of the game with functions such as rankings as shortcuts to game invites
  • The ability to concede at half time (I’m not sure this is a good thing)
  • and finally some incentives and features to link your facebook account with your PES facebook app to push game achievements through onto your timeline.

While the DLC isn’t delivering anything groundbreaking, it will be free and is the first of 2 DLC packs with the second launching later in October that will offer even more stadiums as well as updates including the summer transfers.

Pro Evolution 2013 is available to buy now. Let us know your thoughts on the DLC announcement by leaving a comment below.
