Offline playing ‘Crysis’ as title requires Internet connection

Crysisrequires an Internet connection at all times, if reports are to be believed.

The downloadable title released on the Xbox 360 today but many reports have suggested that players must be connected to Xbox Live at all times to play it, even in single player.

Apparently, if a player’s Xbox Live connection drops during the single player game, they have ten minutes to restore the connection, otherwise they are sent back to the Xbox Live dashboard.

Microsoft confirmed that this was the case, tweeting: “Yup, some games will require you to be online.”

You can add Crysis to your transfer queue from here.
