A patch has been issued for Modern Warfare 2 on PS3.
Gamers have reported problems with the Trophies unlocking in the single player campaign. They have also had issues with the multiplayer aspect of the game.
Infinity Ward has released an inital patch which will solve the problems with the Trophies and they are expected to release another patch to fix the party invite issues plauging the title.
However, the creative strategist, Robert Bowling has blamed the PlayStation Network for the problems, as it struggles to cope with demand:
“It’s a server overload not a bug in the code. They’re working to have servers back up ASAP. MP Servers gradually coming back online. Some users may still experience issues,”
