Monster Hunters jumps to Xbox 360

Monster Hunters, the recently popular PSP and soon to be Wii title of many iterations is making a jump to 360, in the form of Monster Hunter Frontier, the PC MMO. Announced today at the Xbox Japan event in Tokyo, Monster Hunter Frontier will be starting closed beta testing this May in Japan and whilst initially there will be a PC server and a new 360 server, the goal is to integrate the two together.

This news is surprising given the Xbox 360 has been renowned as a difficult console to get an MMO on, namely due to negotiations with Microsoft. Thankfully Capcom have somehow managed it, and at $15 a month you could be Monster Hunting till your hearts content, trying to catch ‘em all!
