Microsoft working on Halo: The Master Chief Collection matchmaking issue

Halo: The Master Chief Collection players are unable to find a game in matchmaking, according to multiple users.

Microsoft is fully aware of the issue, posting on their support site: “Xbox members, are you having a tough time matchmaking in Halo: The Master Chief Collection? As you read this message, we’re working with our external partner to correct this issue right away.”

They added: “We appreciate your patience in the meantime! We’ll update you again when we have more information.”

A temporary fix was posted on the official Halo Twitter account: “”If after a few minutes you’re unable to find a match, exit Matchmaking and the begin searching again.”

Halo: The Master Chief Collection launches today (Tuesday, November 11th, 2014) on the Xbox One.
