Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection Outed

A brand new Metal Gear Solid compilation could be making its way to consoles, if a recent listing on a Korean ratings board is to be believed.

The compilation, titled Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy, was spotted by an eagle-eyed NeoGaf forumite, and adds serious weight to the piece of artwork tweeted by Hideo Kojima. The image features various iterations of the mullet-sporting spy, which suggests the game might contain Metal Gears 1, 2, 3, 4 and Peace Walker.

Konami hasn’t commented on the listing, and it’s perhaps a little too early for a new compilation – especially after the critically-acclaimed Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection.

Of course, with Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on the horizon, we’re hoping a more comprehensive collection is in the works.
