Little Big Planet has been in development for quite a while, with new chunks added every so often to make it that bit more special. But developers Media Molecule don’t want to stop there, oh no! Alex Evans told Eurogamer that they have “Loads of plans” for Little Big Planet, but are waiting to see what the gamers want.
“We’ve got loads of plans, we’re going to support it massively. Content packs, new objects, new game modes… All of this stuff could be done. What we’re basically waiting to see is what the demand is for.”
He went on to say that, “If people are loving the costumes, we can crank them out. If people are loving the levels and master classes… We’ve got a slightly scarily long list of great ideas for ways to support the community, and it’s just a matter of prioritising at this stage.”
So, Media Molecule have big plans for Little Big Planet. I hope one is to magically make it arrive at my desk tomorrow. I can but dream.
