Before you load up Dead Rising 3 again, give your broadband router a nice, lingering cuddle. Pat it. Stroke it. Put your mouth up to an Ethernet port and whisper sweet nothings. For soon, oh so very soon, the poor thing will swelter beneath the weight of a mysterious 13GB game update.
To put that in perspective, the game itself has an install size of around 19.9GB. Capcom has yet to release a changelog or patch notes for the update, which appeared over the weekend, but I’d imagine it has something to do with this month’sOperation Broken Eagle DLC. The latter will cost $9.99 or £7.99, offers nine new achievements for a total of 90 Gamerscore, and is the story of Spec Ops Commander Adam Kane, who must locate and capture the President of the United States.
