Mass Effect 2 day one DLC

Twitter has been both a blessing and curse on the gaming industry, as whilst nuggets of game information is often leaked via a quick tweet the short character limit means detail is sparse. In this case BioWare have tweeted a short update on DLC plans for their upcoming title Mass Effect 2.

The tweet reads “Addressing rumours: BioWare will not be charging extra for any new Mass Effect 2 content on launch day. More DLC details next week.” With that, it can only be assumed that the day one DLC typically used to counter second hand purchases will be available to all for free; but never assume anything! More news to follow when BioWare decide to drop it.
