LittleBigPlanet Could Be Released In Autumn

At the CES in Las Vegas, Kyle Shubel, the LittleBigPlanet producer said: “We’re probably going to be doing a public beta, get a few people involved, and try to expand that out as the year goes on, leading up to this Fall [autumn],” which hints at a release of around August this year.

LitleBigPlanet starts players off as a small woollen teddy-bear like creature and you use your little creature known as an avatar to construct in-game objects using materials. Each avatar can be fully customized and created levels can be published on a video publishing system where users can play, comment and vote on user submitted creations.
