Posted on the official Killzone blog, it has been announced that unlike previous Killzone games, the progression in Shadow Fall will not be based on XP, but on the completion of challenges. 1500 challenges will be available at launch of the game.
Also, to help with the development of each map in the game and to work with the creation of custom Warzones, Exoskeletons or Jetpacks have been removed from the multiplayer aspect of the game as they bring far too many variables to work with every map created.
