Major microchip manufacturer, Intel, have predicted that Nintendo’s next console may not have a controller at all. Instead, an “Eye Toy” type system could be used to control games in the future.
Intel’s chief technology officer, Justin Rattner said: “We imagine some future generation of [Nintendo’s] Wii won’t have hand controllers. You just set up the cameras around the room and wave your hand like you’re playing tennis.”
Do you think a console which used a camera would be as “fun” as the Wii already is? Leave a comment!
